Our duck leg is the perfect choice for a single portion or as a delicious addition to our roast goose. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside – just like a real goose leg should be for Christmas.
For preparation, we use the particularly gentle sous-vide method (vacuum cooking). The leg is carefully vacuum-sealed and cooked for over 20 hours at a low temperature. This method keeps the meat exceptionally tender, juicy, and aromatic – the flavors fully develop, and the result is a true festive dish.
On Christmas Day, all you have to do is the final step: briefly finish cooking the goose leg in the oven until it's golden brown and crispy on the outside. This way, in just a few minutes, you'll serve a dish that tastes like it came straight from Grandma's kitchen.
Side dishes are not included in the product, but can be added to your order in our shop according to your taste. This allows you to individually create your menu – exactly how you and your guests prefer it.
