Our crispy duck leg is perfect for one person and the ideal complement to our delicious roast duck. It is carefully prepared, gently cooked, and impresses with its incomparably aromatic taste – golden brown on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
For preparation, we use the sous-vide method (vacuum cooking). The duck leg is vacuum-sealed and cooked for over 20 hours at a low temperature. This particularly gentle method ensures that the meat remains wonderfully tender and that the natural flavors and spice aromas are fully preserved.
After cooking, the leg only needs to be briefly baked in the oven until crispy – then it's ready to serve and tastes like it's fresh from grandma's roasting pan.
Side dishes are not included in the product, but can be individually added to your order in our shop according to your taste. This way, your festive menu can be perfectly rounded off and tailored to your guests.
