Our roast goose is the classic Christmas meal for four people – carefully prepared, aromatically seasoned, and exceptionally tender.
For your holiday goose, we exclusively use high-quality geese, which are thoroughly seasoned with salt and pepper inside and out before preparation and then marinated for 12 hours. This allows the flavors to fully develop and gives the meat its characteristic, full-bodied taste.
Afterwards, we cook the goose using the modern sous-vide method (vacuum cooking). This particularly gentle method ensures that all natural meat juices, spices, and roasted aromas are preserved. The result is a roast goose that is crispy on the outside and buttery tender on the inside, effortlessly perfect at home.
Side dishes are not included with the product and can be added individually to suit your taste. This allows the menu to be perfectly adapted to your preferences and guests.
