Our roast duck is the ideal festive meal for three people – juicy, aromatic, and with a particularly fine crust. Each duck is prepared with the utmost care so that you can enjoy the full flavor of a classic Christmas dinner – completely stress-free in the kitchen.
For preparation, we use a gentle vacuum cooking method, where the roast is generously seasoned inside and out and then marinated for 12 hours. Afterwards, the duck is slowly cooked in the oven at 80 °C for over 20 hours.
This process ensures the meat remains exceptionally tender and juicy, while the flavors develop evenly.
At the end of the cooking time, the meat is buttery soft, easily separates from the bone, and impresses with an intense, full-bodied taste.
This year, fresh ducks are only available in limited quantities. Please order in advance to secure your Christmas dinner and plan your festive menu stress-free.
